How to make your bench press workout a good fit for your goals

In this article, I’ll show you how to properly use your bench to improve your overall bench press.

If you want to make bench pressing better for you, I’d recommend doing some of the following: Using dumbbells for overhead presses, dumbbell bench press with barbell, dumb and barbell bench, and a good weight.

If your goal is to build some good size, use dumbbell or barbell dumbbell pressing for overhead pressing.

Using dumb and/or barbell presses to build strength, especially for your hips and upper back.

If the goal is getting big, bench press for a good number of reps, especially when you’re tired.

If bench pressing is the goal, don’t just do it for the sake of it, but do it because you know you’ll be able to do it again and again and the payoff is huge.
