Google News.com.au article Google is now offering a free bench press trainer to those who don’t know how to bench.
“Our goal is to provide the best possible bench press training to help you achieve your goals,” a Google spokesperson told us.
The free bench training will help you train in your preferred style, and you can also get a “supplemental bench press program”.
The trainer uses a 3-D printer to make the belt.
The goal is not to replace a real bench, but to give a lifter the ability to bench in their comfort zone.
“It helps us train people who may not have access to the bench, or those who need more stability in the hand,” the spokesperson said.
A free bench trainer will also help you keep your bench press weight down, so it doesn’t slip out of your hand.
You can access the bench press app for iPhone and Android from the Google Play store.
The trainer costs $99, but the free trainer will only work with the US and Canada.
“The training program will give you a chance to improve your benching and strengthen your core, and also allow you to improve the way you grip the bar,” the Google spokesperson said in a statement.
We’re not yet sure what the best bench presses will look like in the future.
